acne. tried everything. help!!?

i have had acne for 5 years now. they started out very big and red, and after years of antibiotics and creams, it’s been reduced to really small bumps all over my cheeks. the dermatologist said it was eczema, but after about a month on desonide cream, it has gotten worse. i want to try accutane but my acne is not too severe, it’s just little red bumps all over my face. so my question is, should i start accutane, try laser acne treatment, or what??
