Many eczema sufferers, probably most, don’t think there is help for them beyond the conventional medical system and its “one size fits all” approach of prescribing cortisone creams and pills to treat eczema symptoms. For many People With Eczema, the root cause of their problem is an allergy, or maybe several allergies. Identify the allergies and the symptoms disappear or at the very least moderate greatly. The first step is to get allergy tests. Once the allergens have been identified, they can be eliminated from your environment.

Perhaps the best natural remedy for eczema, whether or not food allergies have been identified, is to change to an all-organic diet. Organic foods are not sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, and are not fed chemical fertilizers. These chemicals leave residue on and in the foods, no matter how well they are washed, and you eat a small amount of these poisons every time you eat conventionally farmed foods.

If removing food allergens from your diet and eating all organic foods doesn’t have the positive results you hoped for, it could be that your have a build up of toxins in your system, toxins that have built up simply because we live in a world where we are exposed to them constantly, from car exhausts, to chemicals in and on our foods, to chemicals we use every day around the house.
